  • Power-up, ping testing and standby coverage as applications come up

Customer Responsibilities
  • Complete questionnaire decribing the changes required.
  • Prior to installation, log into network device to valide that configuration is done per requirements
  • Secure downtime window, follow local change management procedures (for installation services)
  • Prior to installation, power down legacy network devices and any impacted hosts (for installation services)
  • After installation, power up new network devices and power-up impacted hosts (for installation services)
  • Bring up the hosts while continuously monitoring network availability and performance (for installation services)
